A tattoo with a frame…what do you think?

I’m thinking, to make my (future) tattoo look complete, I want to make it look like it’s framed like that piece of jewelry. I want to put a crown in the middle (similar to that), a fleur de lys, hearts and maybe a cupcake&candy.
If you saw a girl with that on her left shoulder blade in purple&blue, what would you think?
I personally love framed tattoos, not many people have them. I am not too sure if everything you want will flow well though, it might be too cluttered, but assuming you go to a good tattoo artist, they will come up with a great idea. Also, with all those things, and to only have two colours, seems kinda odd to me. I can’t really picture it. Maybe it’s just because I love vibrant colours, and I can totally imagine being really colourful. Have an awesome… tattoo? lol.
